 Welcome to the InDepth Pages!

The purpose of this site is to get you deeper in your preparation of being an effective tentmaker and to make job hunting on the Web as easy as possible. We have gathered together a large number of web sites that we think will be helpful to our members as they search for jobs and prepare themselves for overseas living.

 What's new?

ESL Only

We are working on a separate section geared towards everything ESL. There are so many ESL jobs worldwide and very few tentmakers who take these jobs. With proper training in ESL teaching and English as your native tongue, you can go to almost any country in the world! A recent report indicates that there are some 20,000 ESL jobs available worldwide at any given time! What an opportunity to go where His name is not known!

How to use search engines to find jobs

Using any of the above search engines in your browser is the quickest way to find current jobs. Our joblinks and jobsites are a good way to begin, especially if you are not familiar with using the internet.

If you are looking for a job in Buddhistan (not a real country) as an English teacher, you need to type in specific words: buddhistan esl teacher

If you get hundreds of hits, which is very likely, you can narrow the search by typing in the words: buddhistan esl teacher name-of-city. If on the other hand you do not get any hits, you can widen the search by typing in the words: buddhistan esl or even a wider asia esl teacher

Hundreds of new jobs are posted daily, so if there is no job today, tomorrow there may be. You need to be persistent and keep at it until you find a job that you qualify for and can then apply to.

 Secure Email Resources
New secure email services are being developed all the time. If you need to find out more just enter "web based secure email" in your search engine.
