Ed-U-Link provides contemporary methods
for candidates and recruiters to establish dialogue and exchange
information before their face-to-face interviews. The two parties may
then agree on whether to meet, when to meet, and where to meet - at an
on-site recruiting fair or any other venue. Either way, both parties use
their time and energies more productively.
There are two facets to our on-site
recruiting fair. The Online Job Registry and The Online Educator
Registry. The Online Job Registry offers your school the opportunity to
announce and advertise staff openings, attracting additional candidates
for these positions. The Job Registry includes a list of openings, a
school profile, and a link to the school's home page, if it exists.
The Online Educator Registry introduces
recruiters to scores of professional educators who have registered with
Ed-U-Link to become part of the OnLine Educator Registry. Schools have
instant access to qualified educators with a sincere desire to find an
overseas teaching or administrative position.

The OnLine Recruiting Fair (OLRF)
provides a forum for recruiters and candidates to review and exchange
information. Then, the parties establish a meaningful dialog about job
openings (the OnLine Job Registry) and candidate qualifications and
interests (the OnLine Educator Registry). The OLRF is based on the
internet and electronic mail. The OnLine Recruiting process does not
include placement services or operation of traditional fairs. There is a
list of placement agencies in the website. Using the OLRF makes
placements more effective for recruiters, candidates and placement
agencies.
